Pay Range: $40 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Execute, organize, and streamline core operational tasks across the team.
\n
• Monitor operations to identify potential issues, taking corrective action or escalating as appropriate.
\n
• Maintain and organize information-sharing platforms and document repositories.
\n
• Develop new tools to address organizational requirements and deliver technical support.
\n
• Coordinate and facilitate team events and activities.
\n
• Assist in the management and allocation of facility space.
\n

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

\n
• Key Skills; Prior experience in a fast-paced research, hardware, or product-development environment.
\n
• Tool/process building experience, including creating lightweight tools, trackers, and documentation repositories.
\n
• 5+ years of hands-on operations/coordination experience.
\n
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Experience managing onboarding/offboarding, lab/equipment logistics, events, documentation, and multiple priorities.
\n
• Comfortable with physical/logistical tasks and ambiguity.
\n
• Proven project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
\n
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; relevant professional experience will also be considered.
