City Utilities in Springfield, MO seeks an HR Coordinator (Recruitment) to provide administrative HR support, manage onboarding, and coordinate candidate testing. You will work with recruiters and HRIS teams to resolve data issues, prepare reports, and maintain confidential records. A 4-year admin background and AA/AS in Business Admin are expected, with Workday experience preferred.
