Lucy- Laborer Renewables (Eligible to drive)

Job Overview:Job Summary**Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a motivated and physically capable Laborer to support our Renewables projects. This role involves general labor tasks crucial to the successful construction and maintenance of renewable energy infrastructure. A valid driver's license is required for this position.Job Responsibilities**Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including digging, trenching, lifting, carrying, and loading materials.Assist skilled tradespersons (e.g., electricians, equipment operators) with their duties, providing support as needed.Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, such as drills, grinders, saws, and shovels.Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job site cleanup and waste removal.Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers.Perform flagging duties to control traffic and ensure site safety.Assist with the assembly and disassembly of equipment and structures.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads diligently.Transport materials and personnel to various locations on and off-site, as required, utilizing company vehicles.Job Qualifications**High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and eligibility to drive company vehicles.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and for extended periods.Physical stamina and endurance to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions.Reliable transportation to and from the job site.Previous experience in construction, general labor, or a related field is preferred but not required.Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.Company Overview:Primoris Renewable Energy, a business within Primoris Services Corporation’s Energy segment, is a leading power generation engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) provider specializing in utility and commercial scale solar power, energy storage, solar repower, and operations and maintenance.
