Salesforce Business Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Bringing Salesforce project implementations to life, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with clients to gather requirements, lead an engagement team, and create technical designs and best practices for Salesforce solutions. Key responsibilities Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client business requirements Document User Stories with detailed specifications, including Acceptance Criteria and recommended solutions Manage User Acceptance Testing and develop training curriculum for end-users Required qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration Proficiency in Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and advanced configuration Familiarity with Apex & Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations Experience with Agile project methodology, including backlog management and sprint planning Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
