Business Analyst and Functional Consultant

Role: Business Analyst and Functional Consultant
Skills: Digital : Salesforce Administration and Functional Design~Salesforce AI~Project Management Experience Required: 10 & Above
Role Descriptions:
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions across business| product| and technology teams
- Translate business needs into clear| concise| and delivery-ready user stories and functional specifications
- Work closely with UX| development| and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented as intended
- Support backlog grooming| sprint planning| and sprint reviews with accurate and prioritized requirements
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders| Salesforce implementation teams| and mobile development teams
- Ensure traceability between business objectives| functional requirements| and delivered functionality Support change management by assessing impact and updating documentation as requirements evolve.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in business analysis| requirements gathering| and documentation for complex digital programs
- Ability to elicit| analyze| and document business needs across business| product| technology| and vendor teams
- Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories| functional requirements| and acceptance criteria
- Experience working on Salesforce-based programs| preferably Experience Cloud| Loyalty Cloud| or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum delivery models
- Experience supporting member-facing or customer-facing digital platforms| preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent documentation skills using tools such as JIRA| Confluence| or equivalent
