Overview Assistant Managers - $15-$22/hour - bonus paid every 4 weeks - locations in Paw Paw, Three Rivers, Kalamazoo/Portage. Tell us which location works best for you Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of a Jimmy John's restaurant with a positive rock star go-getter attitude, and lead by example by executing systems and procedures with 100% integrity in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate leadership in a high-volume setting and support team members to deliver prompt, accurate service. Contribute to operational efficiency to support the company’s growth and maintain brand standards.
