Customer Service & Social Media Specialist

Full-Time | In-Person | Havertown, PA

Havertown Carpet Co. is looking for an energetic, creative, and customer-focused team member to join our growing company.

This is not a remote or freelance marketing position. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people just as much as creating engaging social media content.

As our Customer Service & Social Media Specialist, you'll be the friendly face customers meet in our showroom while also helping showcase our company through photos, videos, social media, and community marketing.

If you're outgoing, organized, creative, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Customer Service (Approximately 60%)

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Welcome customers into the showroom
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Follow up with customers before and after installation
• Help maintain customer records and administrative tasks
• Support the sales and operations teams

Social Media & Marketing (Approximately 40%)

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Visit customer homes and job sites to photograph and film completed projects
• Create Reels, Stories, and short-form videos
• Highlight our employees, customers, and community involvement
• Respond to social media messages and comments
• Assist with marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and website updates
• Help grow Havertown Carpet Co.'s online presence

Experience in flooring or marketing is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
