We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Digital Campaign SpecialistLocation(s): Malvern, PA (Remote) Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing to support and execute integrated multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email marketing, landing pages, search marketing, CMS platforms, and campaign execution while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality digital customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across web, email, search, social media, and digital advertising channels.Build and manage campaign landing pages, event pages, emails, automation workflows, and web content.Participate in campaign kick-off meetings and ensure complete understanding of campaign objectives and requirements.Coordinate campaign assembly, coding, creative assets, content publishing, and quality assurance.Implement and optimize customer journeys across digital channels.Support search optimization through organic keyword research and paid search campaign execution.Create, publish, and launch digital campaign assets within established timelines.Perform A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and search advertisements.Coordinate campaign launches and ensure successful deployment across all digital channels.Prepare campaign rollout documentation and coordinate with regional and country teams.Gather campaign feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities based on best practices.Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the digital journey.Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, digital channel, social media, and CRM teams.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Information Science, or a related field.3–5 years of digital marketing experience.Experience implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.Hands-on experience with:Email marketingLanding pages and formsSearch marketing (SEO/SEM)Content Management Systems (CMS)Web content managementStrong understanding of digital marketing technologies and campaign execution.Ability to advise stakeholders on digital marketing best practices, including web and email optimization.Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong ownership mindset.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with:SprinklrEloquaScrivito CMSExperience with demand generation campaigns.Knowledge of digital campaign optimization and customer journey best practices.Preferred Skills:Digital Campaign ManagementEmail MarketingMarketing AutomationSEO/SEMLanding Page DevelopmentA/B TestingContent Management Systems (CMS)Demand GenerationDigital AnalyticsCampaign OptimizationCustomer Journey MappingCross-functional CollaborationProject CoordinationWeb Content ManagementDigital AdvertisingNice to Have:SprinklrEloquaScrivito CMSCRM lead management experienceExperience working with global marketing teamsWork Environment:Fast-paced, collaborative environmentOpportunity to work with cross-functional and global stakeholders.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
