The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to deliver high‑quality results while working in a fast‑paced and growing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of trade credit insurance policies, acting with a high degree of independent discretion, autonomy and decision‑making. Oversee the renewal process including negotiations with credit insurance carriers. Regularly engage with clients to discuss renewal options, address concerns, and offer solutions tailored to changes in their credit risks and business needs. Proactively address any challenges or concerns related to policy coverage, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction in the competitive trade credit insurance market. Utilize industry experience to develop and maintain relationships with carriers, financial institutions, and referral partners. Identify opportunities for cross‑sell and up‑sell of FGI related products and services when appropriate for the clients’ needs. Assist in implementation of insurance policies onto the FGI TRUST technology platform. Oversee credit insurance needs for FGI’s Finance group which includes both the Portfolio Management and Underwriting departments. Requirements Undergraduate degree from a recognized institute is required. 5 years+ of experience in the relevant field is required. Proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and underwriters. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address client concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
