OverviewVTG is seeking an Advanced Ground Systems SETA, located in Chantilly, Va.What will you do?Qualified candidates must possess demonstrated value-added judgement on a full spectrum of activities from pre-acquisition through program execution and performance management. Familiarity with RF, SAR, EW is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities:Provide overall lifecycle acquisition and program management support to the customer Program Manager(s), Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative(s), and Contracting Officer(s)Plan and execute end-to-end acquisition lifecycle functions, including:Perform market research and tech evalsDevelop acquisition strategies/plans, program requirements, incentive arrangementsDraft acquisition docs including but not limited to SOWs, Task Orders, and other required solicitation/contract attachmentsDevelop RFPs and RFIsDevelop Contractor Bidders’ Library for supported acquisitionsProactive identification, assessment, and risk resolution associated with acquisition approaches and schedulesSupport source selections as an advisorConduct program analysis and provide strategic recommendationsProvide expertise and administering performance mgmt. activitiesAnalyze and monitor requirements development, performance metrics, financial limitations, and schedules of awarded contracts/programsRecommend acquisitions and program management improvementsTrack and hold programmatic reviews of all developers’ CDRLsOversee and manage developer award fee activities and execution of contractsIdentify and coordinate actions across the team Do you have what it takes?Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance with PolyBachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experienceInterpersonal and communication skills for written reports, group discussion, and oral presentationsJudgement, Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDesired Qualifications:STEM Bachelors highly desired Familiarity using tools like GalaxyFamiliarity with IAAs and MIPRsPrevious NRO experience Familiarity with SAR, RF, EW Clearance:Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with PolyPay Range: VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $100,000 - $195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
