Come where you will be part of our high-caliber team!ResponsibilitiesSPA has a need for an experienced SETA to provide acquisition and project management support for a U.S. Government R&D program office advancing transformative artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. Qualified candidates must possess demonstrated value-added judgement on a full spectrum of activities from pre-acquisition through program execution and performance management. Familiarity with RF, SAR, EW is preferred.Provide overall lifecycle acquisition and program management support to the customer Program Manager(s), Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative(s), and Contracting Officer(s). Plan and execute end-to-end acquisition lifecycle functions, including performing market research and technical evaluations; developing acquisition strategies, plans, program requirements, and incentive arrangements; and drafting acquisition documents such as Statements of Work, Task Orders, and other required solicitation or contract attachments. Develop RFPs, RFIs, and a Contractor Bidders’ Library for supported acquisitions while proactively identifying, assessing, and resolving risks associated with acquisition approaches and schedules. Support source selections as an advisor, conduct program analysis, provide strategic recommendations, and offer expertise in administering performance management activities. Analyze and monitor requirements development, performance metrics, financial limitations, and schedules of awarded contracts and programs.
