Staff Product Manager, Loyalty & Engagement (Fintech)
Affirm
Affim is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the consumer loyalty program from concept to scale. You will define the roadmap, hypotheses, and success metrics while coordinating design, engineering, risk, and finance to craft rewards that drive engagement and growth.
You will build earn/burn mechanics, tier structures, and redemption surfaces across in-app and checkout experiences. A strong finance mindset and UX focus are essential to justify costs and deliver impact.
