Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish accurate treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including but not limited to active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and training for activities of daily living.
• Guide patients through extensive rehabilitation programs, focusing on gait training and prosthetic adjustments.
• Educate patients and families on exercise routines, self-care strategies, and recovery plans to foster better health outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with outpatient patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Our diverse client base ranges from young athletes to seniors, many of whom seek to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional capabilities. Your expertise will play a critical role in facilitating their journey towards recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution or equivalent.
• Active California State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome recent graduates, candidates with previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits
