Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including hands-on manual therapy, exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients about their conditions and the benefits of physical therapy in promoting recovery and overall health.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and support staff to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy methodologies and participate in ongoing education and training.
• Mentor and support junior therapists and interns in their professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily serve a diverse outpatient population, with a significant focus on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of California is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.

• Strong manual therapy skills and a willingness to refine and expand these skills.

Compensation and Benefits
