Call Center Representative
ICONMA
Our Client, a Large Municipal Health Care System company, is looking for a Call Center Representative for their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities:
- Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other assignment as necessary.
Requirements:
- Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
- Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers.
- Active listening provides full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs.
- Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solutions.
- Required Education:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
