Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency supporting remote healthcare communication roles.
This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people and thrives in a structured call center environment.
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance partners
- Assist with scheduling, benefits questions, and general inquiries
- Document calls accurately in EHR/CRM systems
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service
- Maintain HIPAA compliance with all interactions
