Healthcare Call Center Representative

Supporting the Ohio Fiscal Intermediary account, the fully remote Healthcare Call Center Representative will assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services, eligibility, claims, and billing while ensuring high service quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding healthcare services, Medicaid, and provider inquiries Assess customer needs and resolve questions during the first interaction whenever possible Document customer interactions accurately and meet established productivity and quality standards Required qualifications At least one year of contact center or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Experience with contact center platforms such as NICE, CXone, or Avaya, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to assess customer needs accurately
