Working in a busy observation unit specializing in Med/Surg and Telemetry, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 pm - 7:30 am
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation included

What You'll Bring:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Strong Med/Surg (MS) and Telemetry experience
• Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, high-acuity environments
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Previous travel assignment experience is an asset, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to observation unit patients
• Monitor telemetry and med/surg status, reporting changes promptly
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve best patient outcomes
• Administer medications and perform assessments as required
• Accurately document care activities in electronic medical records
