Schedule & Setting:

• Evening/Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Assignment on a busy observation unit offering exposure to both Med-Surg and Telemetry patient populations

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Med-Surg (MS) and Telemetry (Tele) experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Flexibility to work a rotation of weekends and holidays
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the assignment location

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care on an observation unit serving a diverse adult population
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status throughout shifts
• Start IVs, administer medications, maintain accurate records, and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for optimal care
• Provide patient education and address questions and concerns
