Working in a fast-paced Observation/Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit will enable you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, broadening your expertise in both acute and progressive patient care. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00am - 7:30pm
• Every other weekend & holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care on a busy observation unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on plans of care, discharge needs, and health maintenance
