This travel nursing assignment offers the chance to broaden your horizons professionally and personally. Working in a fast-paced observation unit (M/S/Tele), you'll collaborate with talented teams and encounter various approaches to patient care and leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 am - 7:30 pm
• Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients requiring medical-surgical or telemetry support in the observation unit.
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding and satisfaction with care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold facility and regulatory standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Recent experience in medical-surgical and/or telemetry environments preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
• BLS/ACLS certifications as required.
