Job Description

The Press Brake Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately bending and shaping metal components according to precise specifications. This position requires the operator to set up, adjust, and operate press brake machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet engineering drawings and quality standards. The operator will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders while maintaining safety protocols. Attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical blueprints are essential to minimize errors and material waste. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating press brake machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic math skills to measure and calculate bend angles and dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in press brake operation or metal fabrication.
• Experience with CNC press brake machines.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection tools.

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to job specifications and blueprints.
