Relationship Manager - Advanced Payments

Responsibilities Responsible for thorough merchant discovery and needs analysis to determine the most appropriate solutions and/or features that best fit our client’s needs. Drive incremental revenue growth and merchant retention by selling solutions (company and 3rd party owned) to active clients, and increasing the value of each account. Provide oversight on active client inquiries, including verifying upsell needs, from internal referrals and various sources. May recommend additional products and refer clients to the appropriate sales channel. Facilitate all onboarding, underwriting and pricing enrollments required for activation. Stay current and develop necessary knowledge on all solutions available to active clients. Participate actively in all required training and development. Keep leaders informed of all activity, including timely preparation and updates to all activity records and reports as requested. Adhere to all expected SLAs and line of business guidelines. Continue to provide duties related to the current ISV role as requested. Adhere to corporate sales policies, execute corporate training resources, attend trainings as needed, and perform any other duties that may apply. Qualifications 3+ years of selling in complex, solutions‑based sales environments or equivalent experience within Global/Heartland or financial segments. Broad and deep expertise or unique knowledge of the company’s products and features, including third‑party integrations and solutions. Excellent knowledge of navigating internal sales, underwriting, pricing and service policies and issue resolution. Exhibit a high level of discernment and decision‑making skills, attention to detail and above‑average listening skills. Proficiency in Salesforce.com.
