Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Insider to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly and genuinely cares about the happiness of others. We are interested in the person who takes responsibility for their actions and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude, and ask, "What else an I do?"

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing, sales, and cash handling
• Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items, and providing excellent customer service
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and giving correct change
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations through bussing and sanitation practices
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Take accurate orders
• Prepare Pizza dough
• Slice and chop toppings such as vegetables and meats
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and customer service
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and quick calculations
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• High-school Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours) on any given day.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-energy environment
• Pizza Delivery Driver / Inside Pizza Maker
