Position Overview

All American Water Restoration is seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Mitigation Department. This position will manage active water and mold mitigation projects, lead the mitigation team, conduct job site visits, ensure jobs are completed properly and on schedule, and maintain AAWR's standards for documentation, production, and customer service.

Job Duties:

• Manage the daily operations and scheduling of the Mitigation Department.
• Lead, train, coach, and hold mitigation technicians accountable. 
• Oversee active water mitigation and mold remediation projects from start to completion. 
• Conduct regular job site visits to inspect progress, quality of work, equipment placement, documentation, and overall job conditions.
• Monitor job progress, equipment, drying, moisture readings, photos, and job documentation. 
• Ensure technicians follow company procedures, safety requirements, and SOPs. 
• Review job files and ensure required documentation is completed accurately and on time. 
• Coordinate mold testing and other vendors when needed. 
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance representatives as needed. 
• Handle escalated customer concerns and job-site issues. 
• Work closely with the office, Project Managers, Reconstruction, and management to ensure smooth job transitions. 
• Identify problems, provide solutions, and improve department efficiency. 
• Maintain accountability for job quality, productivity, customer service, and department performance. 
• Must participate in the company's on-call rotation and respond to mitigation-related needs during assigned on-call periods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of water mitigation/restoration experience preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of water mitigation and drying procedures. 
• Mold remediation experience preferred. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs and priorities. 
• Experience with restoration management software is a plus. 
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. 
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening.
