Location: Big Rapids, MI
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive pain management services under the supervision of a Pain Management Physician
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide patient education
Perform interventional procedures such as injections and nerve blocks
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
