Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for supporting children with diverse communication needs in a school setting

What You'll Do:

• Deliver assessment and evidence-based treatment for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Utilize provided equipment and testing materials; resources are always accessible
• Participate in collaborative monthly meetings and regional roundtables with colleagues
• Engage in regular 1:1 meetings with leadership for guidance and feedback
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and annual performance reviews
