SAP/MES Champion

Becton Dickinson seeks an SAP/MES Champion to coordinate warehouse and production systems in Columbus, Ohio. The role manages inventory reconciliation, leads root cause analysis, supervises small teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse activity, IDOCs, COGIs, and administer work order reviews
- Conduct root cause analysis for transactional and operational variances with reporting and trending
- Lead monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual physical inventory cycles
- Provide SAP/MES training and support to department users and supervise 1-10 hourly associates
- Manage all CUP requests, C2C curriculum assignments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's degree or 5+ years inventory management experience
- 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Inventory management experience strongly preferred
- SAP and MES system knowledge
- Certified MES and SAP trainer capabilities
- DLA C2C administrator certification
