Regional Business Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Business Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment. Location Chicago, IL. US-based candidates only. No visa sponsorship available. Compensation $218,371 – $360,311 annually Responsibilities Develop and execute product promotional plan for geographical area Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify business opportunities Assist in developing and executing account-specific promotional plans Build and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals Identify and nurture new business opportunities in the area Provide competitive feedback to the Marketing department Analyze sales trends and report findings to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Minimum 5 years experience in Medical Sales or equivalent industry experience such as clinical or marketing Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of achieving results in a complex organization Strong communication skills both written and verbal Proven leadership capabilities and ability to inspire others Benefits Engagement in a collaborative workspace culture Emphasis on creativity and innovation in operations Recognition and support for talent mobility Flexible work-life balance accommodations Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
