Sales Representative

We're partnering with a rapidly growing vacation rental management company seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand its presence throughout Sarasota and Manatee County. This is a true hunter role designed for someone who enjoys networking, developing partnerships, and helping property owners maximize the value of their vacation rental investments. What You'll Be Doing Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and strategic relationship development. Build and maintain partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, investors, and industry professionals. Meet directly with property owners to present vacation rental management solutions. Conduct property tours, consultations, and in-person sales presentations. Manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities from initial outreach through signed agreements. Maintain accurate activity, forecasts, and pipeline management within HubSpot CRM. Represent the company at local networking events, industry functions, and community organizations. Partner with internal operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience in one or more of the following: Vacation Rentals Hospitality Proven ability to generate new business through prospecting and relationship-based selling. Strong consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to independently manage a territory. Comfortable spending time in the field meeting clients and attending networking events. Must currently reside in Sarasota or Manatee County, Florida.
