Paralegal Manager

As of July 24th, an affordable housing developer/investor is seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to lead a team of paralegals and manage transactions from beginning to closing. This position will involve: Leading and overseeing a team of 3-4 paralegals. Reviewing title and survey commitments, performing due diligence, and working with title companies to finalize title policies. Tracking transaction tasks, preparing signature packets and closing binders, and conducting research to support deals. Delegating workflow, conduct performance reviews, and identify ways to enhance internal systems and processes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years of relevant experience, and proven leadership/management abilities. Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Proactive, adaptable to changing demands, and committed to delivering a high-quality work product. #J-18808-Ljbffr
