Discover our world at You support our team as Operator Responsibilities Perform basic production support activities including roll wrapping, material staging, and routine line assistance Maintain awareness of applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements and individual responsibilities Conduct rotational inspection duties and identify, classify, and record visible product defects in accordance with established quality procedures Support cleaning activities including manual cleaning tasks and general housekeeping to maintain equipment and work area standards Weigh, label, and document finished materials and enter required production data into systems accurately and timely Handle materials and assist in ensuring proper material flow to and from the production line Follow all established safety procedures including proper PPE (personal protective equipment) use and participation in safety observation programs Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality expectations Demonstrate a consistent focus on product quality and teamwork Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of basic production operations Position starts at $22 hour Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment Some of your Benefits Health Insurance 401K Match Paid Holidays Save for retirement with the company's help.
