We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers to support workers’ compensation cases in the St. Louis area. Why Join Us? Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress. Communicate with providers, employers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys. Prepare case management reports and documentation. Support return-to-work planning and coordinate evaluations as needed. Qualifications Active Missouri RN license. Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload. Reliable transportation for local travel. Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain. CCM, CRRN, or related certifications preferred. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Caseloads and assignments may vary.
