Product Operations Specialist

To support a growing product operations team, the full-time Product Operations Specialist will manage customer experience improvements, automate processes, and identify scalable business opportunities in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and enhance specific aspects of the customer experience, delivering improvements directly Run experiments and build automated systems to scale successful processes and workflows Define metrics and operating principles for the business segment owned, driving revenue growth and customer engagement Required qualifications Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on customer empathy and relationship building Proven ability to take projects from conception to completion independently Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data Demonstrated experience in technical or operational roles related to data, AI, finance, or process building Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes without a predefined path
