Patient Experience Front Desk Specialist

Nationwide Vision

Nationwidevision is looking for a Front Office Specialist in Peoria, Illinois. You will be the first contact for patients, responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in/out experience. This position includes providing customer service, checking insurance authorizations, and managing patient flow. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and previous medical office experience, with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
