Owner Relations Manager

About the Role As Owner Relations Manager, you'll be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of vacation rental property owners — covering everything from revenue performance to property care. This is a trust-building role: you'll earn owner confidence through proactive communication, accountability, and partnership. What You'll Do Serve as the go-to contact for a portfolio of homeowners, building trusted, long-term relationships Spot shifts in owner sentiment early and drive proactive retention Explain revenue strategy, pricing, and market dynamics with clarity and confidence Manage new property onboarding from signed agreement through go-live Review owner statements before they go out, catching and resolving issues proactively Partner cross-functionally to hold teams accountable to the owner's standards What You Bring 2+ years in account management, property management, customer success, or another portfolio-based relationship role Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable across different personalities Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to remain confident and composed Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or property management software experience a plus Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Strong financial/revenue acumen — comfortable talking rate strategy and statements with owners Schedule Full-time, on-site; mainly Monday - Friday with occasional evening hours.
