SpectrumCareers is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join a growing accounting team in the Arlington area. This role will support the monthly close, maintain the general ledger, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate records. The ideal candidate has 3–6+ years of accounting experience, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems; CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.
