Keep Buck Mason Running Smooth as an Operations Manager Are you the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything running smoothly? As the Retail Operations Manager at Buck Mason, you will oversee daily stockroom operations, lead the stock team, and manage inventory flow to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually aligned with brand standards. You’ll coordinate product deliveries, maintain accurate inventory records, and partner closely with store leadership to support sales goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, efficiency, and ensuring every detail is in place to create a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts. Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations. Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and report discrepancies. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods. Partner with the sales team to meet stock demands and online order fulfillment. Act as the primary point of contact for a growing team of Stock Coordinators. Partner with the Store Manager to align operational priorities with business goals. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to support floor sets, product placement, and timely replenishment. Support all New Store Openings (NSOs) in the market, including inventory preparation, stockroom setup, and operational training. Required Skills 2+ years of retail inventory management experience. Comfortable navigating a computer and using POS software. Natural leadership ability – you inspire others to step up and perform at their best. Strong interpersonal skills and clear professional communication. Extreme attention to detail and organization – nothing slips through the cracks. Excellent multitasking – able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
