Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoUtilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.Qualifications You Must Have Requires a Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study, and five (5) years related Quality Engineering experienceExperience with Root Cause Corrective Action processesExperience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawingsThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
