For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $155,000 - $162,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the UnitedStates. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You will become one of our experts in Power Electronic control targeting our Embedded platform or Rapid control platform to control Electrical Energy conversion through Power Electronics design supporting our technical Innovation subchapter by development of our platforms.The scope of this exciting opportunityBased on your knowledge in the areas of Power Electronic converter control design and behavior, you must be skilled and have knowledge in the following design areas:Power Electronic ControlModeling and Simulation of Power Electronics/convertersControl loop design target Embedded SoC platform or using Rapid control.Impedance and EMI understanding and simulation.Your passion for the products, the system application and for articulating the customer story is crucial, and this forms the basis for our new products.Some of the essentials you will recognizeYou want to inject more expertise into our innovation culture and deployment within R&D: learn fast, fail fast, monetize fast.
