The ideal candidate will be a great analytical thinker and communicator with outstanding facilitation and conflict resolution skills, and should possess proven skills in leading requirements teams through an entire project life cycle. Candidates should have experience:With requirements elicitation, writing user stories, and development of detailed technical requirements.Working across blended teams of government, business partner and internal stakeholders to develop, document and refine complex technical requirements.QualificationsRequired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in a complementary discipline2+ years of software delivery experience, with at least 2 years in requirements management2+ years of experience leading a team as part of an enterprise-scale environment2+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, development and documentationFamiliarity with Agile methodology support tools like Jira, etc.Strong leadership and organization skills, excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skillsPreferred Skills:Master's Degree in a technical or business disciplineExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience with Unix/Linux
