This is an immediate need for someone who can quickly learn existing processes, work independently, and take ownership of invoicing, cash application, aging and collections.This is a great opportunity for a seasoned AR professional who enjoys digging into accounts, resolving outstanding items, and identifying ways to make processes more efficient.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and distribute customer invoices on a daily basisApply cash receipts and customer remittances accurately and timelyMonitor accounts receivable aging and proactively pursue past-due balancesCommunicate directly with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment statusResearch and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays and other account issuesMaintain accurate customer account information and supporting documentationReconcile AR activity and assist with resolving outstanding or aged itemsHelp clean up backlogs and ensure receivables are current and accurateIdentify opportunities to improve AR processes, procedures and controlsPartner with internal teams to resolve billing and customer account issuesQualifications3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, xhyhwjd including invoicing, cash application and collectionsDemonstrated ability to independently manage an AR workload and proactively follow up on outstanding balancesStrong attention to detail, organization and follow-throughConfident and professional communication skills when working with customers on payment mattersAbility to step into an existing environment, learn processes quickly and work with minimal supervisionPrior ERP/accounting system experience requiredMade2Manage experience is a plus, but not requiredManufacturing or distribution industry experience is preferred
