Compensation $16.00 – $16.50 per hour(based on experience) Same Day Pay for all employees Part-Time Benefits Package PTO:40 hours (accrual based) 7 Major Holidays(Double time when worked) Tuition Assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Perks & Rewards Employee discounts Earn points, earn rewards program Attendance incentives Referral bonus program Professional development and career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Front Desk Receptionist – Duties & Responsibilities: Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Stay calm and handle emergencies quickly and effectively Perform administrative tasks as assigned, keeping the front desk organized Ensure proper COVID-19 protocols are followed for residents, guests, and staff Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information to visitors as needed Maintain a professional, approachable presence at all times Qualifications Full Time, Part-Time, PRNSchedule: 8:30a-5pEvery-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
