Select Medical is looking for a Case Manager (PRN) at its Critical Illness Recovery Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. This role requires a current clinical license as a Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker. Responsibilities include discharge planning and managing treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient settings dealing with critical and acute care patients and must be willing to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
