At Home Genius Exteriors, we're on pace to reach $500M in Annual Revenue in just 7 years on the market and we're looking for In-Home Sales Reps eager for an accelerated Leadership Opportunity within their first 1-2 Quarters as part of the Team.

The Manager-in-Training Path

This role is designed for sales professionals seeking growth.

  • Learn how to drive net sales and customer experience

Who We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of proven sales success
  • Background in:
    • In-home sales
    • Mortgage / Finance
    • High-ticket B2C sales
    • Sales Leadership Positions in any High Ticket industry
  • Competitive, coachable, and driven
  • Serious about building a career in sales leadership

Compensation & Benefits

  • $150K–$300K+ earning potential
  • 70% advance + uncapped commissions
