Travel ICU Registered Nurse - $2,520 per week

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Schenectady, New York. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the ICU at a trauma 2 facility. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on critical care and collaboration with healthcare teams. Job Details Position Description: Backfill. No block scheduling will be approved. ICU RN needed: 12-hour Night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 30-minute unpaid break. Open to both 48-hour and 36-hour workweeks. Floating to stepdown and/or medical-surgical units may be required. Every other weekend work is required, but there is no call. Holidays as needed. Certifications and Education Requirements: BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross), and New York State license. Must apply immediately upon offer or acceptance if a New York license is not initially in the packet. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience in ICU preferred. Prior travel experience is a plus but not required. Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, at least 36 hours per week, starting on 09/14/2026 and ending on 01/02/2027. Additional Information: Float to stepdown and/or medical-surgical units required; no holiday RTO allowed; RTO of 4 days or less is acceptable for IVS offering.
