Our practice operates in a predominantly remote work setting, designed to provide flexibility while ensuring effective support for our clients. You will maintain regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and nature of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a profound understanding of each client's situation.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for mood disorder treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for effective self-care, empowerment, and resilience.

• Track client progress meticulously throughout the therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans proactively based on feedback and evaluative measures.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and associated anxiety disorders. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and cultural identities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
