Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve clients from diverse backgrounds within the Altoona area, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients value the sensitive and personalized approach we offer. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will establish trust and ensure a safe space conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating ability and competence in providing therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Clayton Mental Health Clinic, we understand the importance of valuing our employees. We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
