Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Spring Lake that are seeking IT Systems Administrators. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux) and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Administer and support network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection, intrusion detection, and vulnerability management.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and inventory.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology deployments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) or SCADA environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues efficiently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) or SCADA.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their IT implications.
• Experience with IoT devices and their integration into manufacturing systems.
