Construction Assistant Project Manager

Position Summary Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Responsibilities Assists project managers throughout all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout. Uses appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates project schedules, changes, and budgets to stakeholders. Coordinates project meetings to align stakeholders to methods and goals and track project tasks. Supports business partners in completing and processing project submittals. Monitors and tracks task completion statuses, identifies at‑risk project tasks, and develops mitigation plans to keep project deliverables on schedule. Maintains and organizes project documentation and aid evidence. Reviews and verifies the quality of work being performed to meet contract specifications and the organization’s guidelines. Qualifications Associate degree in business or a related field. 2+ years of project management experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
